Whitney Himalayan Adult - Adoption, Rescue for sale in Rockford, Illinois

Whitney is a beautiful 5 year old, front-declawed Himalayan. Her story is a sad one.. Whitney was brought to a groomer, which she somehow managed to escape from. The poor, frightened cat was lost for 6 weeks and with no way to defend herself! Whitney finally was found and reunited with her family. But during the time she was lost her family already replaced her with a new cat! Whitney did not like the new cat and found herself homeless. Whitney requires a home where she will be the only pet and with no young children. She is looking for a family that will truly love and cherish her. Whitney is not a cat for everyone and will need an understanding person. Change is stressful for her and she shows it by acting out angerly. She is a wonderful and sweet girl once she realizes she is safe and loves to chase after toys! Can you give this girl the home she deserves?
